How long does delivery take?

We always pack the item that you ordered with bubble wraps and use good quality cardboard boxes so that your items always get delivered to your doorstep in the best condition. We are collectors ourselves so we know all the stress and excitement that you get filled with when you place an order, so we have built and made the website according to all the experiences that we had ourselves when we order hobby stuff online.
Processing time
We always keep our eyes on the order log so the moment we get an order placed, we start packing up the items right away and all the orders are dispatched within two days (ex: if you place an order on Tuesday then your order will be shipped by Thursday’s midnight). You will be notified on your email and on your phone (SMS) once the items are shipped and a tracking number will be mentioned in that same notification. (in case you didn’t receive the tracking number after 2 days then please contact us on our instagram acc. )
I need to change my shipping address
I have placed the order but i need to change my shipping address
There is always uncertainty in our life so if you need to change the address after you have already placed the order then please contact us as quick as possible on our instagram account before we ship out the box. If the box is already shipped then we would have to wait until the box is returned back to us by the shipping company.

Are the products authentic?
All our products are Licensed and authentic
All the products listed on our website are authenticated by us and we are completely against the sale of non-licensed items so you can buy anything on the website without any worry. In case any fake or replicated item slip throughout the check then we will initiate a refund for the same.
Are the autographed memorabilia authenticated?
We will be soon launching an autograph memorabilia section and all the items will come with an authentication certificate of Beckett etc for the autograph.
Are all the items imported?
Yes, all the items are imported from different countries as the majority of the trending hobby items are not manufactured domestically such as pokemon TCG so importing them is the only option to make them available for you guys.
Do we need to pay import tax separately?
No, the price listed on the website is the final price that you have to pay for the item and the only additional fee that one has to pay is the shipping fee. Other than in the case of pre-order, we only list the item on the website when the item reaches us.

We recently started this policy, where we initiate a refund if there is excess money left from the shipping fee that you paid during checkout. We will contact you through WhatsApp chat if there is an excess shipping fee left from your order so there is no need to contact us first.
Refund Policy
Due to the volatile trading card and rapid fluctuation in price, all trading card sales are final. However, in some cases, we may accept returns if the request is made on the same day of receiving the package. All items must have their factory seal intact and be in their original condition.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can help rectify the situation. Returns that are not due to an error on the part of Panda shop may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If the refund case is accepted then the refund will be made within 2 days.
